FOOTNOTE

4th of May is an auspicious day for the Pearson family who have been involved in the club for almost 40 years; Sarah Steel’s maiden name is Pearson and her younger brother set a new (and unbroken) record on 4th of May 1985 when, at the age of 18 years and 79 days, he became the youngest player to score a 1stXI hundred for the club when he made 102* against Otley Town.

May 4th this year will be the wedding day of Ian and Helen’s first born, Sam to his fiancé Steph.

With all the best wishes of East Leeds CC – have a great day!
